I have an internal phone screen interview today. It's for a sample analysis position and I've been working on the factory floor the last 6 years. Different part of the company and only a bit to do with my current job, although skills are transferrable.
What are some of your favorite questions to ask interviewers, especially internal interviews.

Not well. I got the impression from the beginning that I wasn't really under consideration and the interviewer didn't seem to be listening to any thing I had to say.

I'm sorry seamonster, I've been there with phone interviews and it's always depressing. I'd rather they just didn't bother to waste my time. |
