Anyone willing to suggest dresses with the following parameters?:
-Dual purpose dress to be worn for an indoor wedding and a masquerade ball in the spring (May is usually cold) -I’m short so it’d be ideal if it comes in petite, but I will be getting alterations either way so not a deal breaker for the right dress -available in sizes 10-14 -ideally not strapless and doesn’t have cuffed sleeves that hit right below my shoulders (I do not like my arms) -would like to stay away from anything bright red or yellow -I’m top heavy, my go-to is usually a wrap dress -Ideally under $200, will spend more for the right dress
Bonus: -if anyone can suggest places to find the perfect mask
Eta: didn’t know to spell masquerade 😬

I’m going to try this dress, reviews say it works if you’re top heavy, love the vibrant color And something like this from Etsy, the options on Etsy are absolutely stunning it will be hard to choose. May do one with feathers.

mirabelle, at your price point, I'd just rent the runway and get two different dresses. Check out Pier 1 for your masks. They have some really good options, it's where I've gotten all of ours. Masquerade seems to be a really common theme for work events. They usually have a better selection in store than they display online.
