This kid is so low and so up in my bladder’s grill. I just had to quickly waddle to the work bathroom while in serious fear of peeing my pants.
Pregnancy glow, my ass.

My husband laughs at me regularly for waddling/running as fast as I can to make it to the bathroom in time. It is like it just hits out of nowhere. I definitely didn’t have this problem first time around.

Add me to the urgent need to pee list. And I feel like I have x amount of steps to get to a bathroom.

Ugh, had the worst night of pregsomnia so far! Fell asleep on the couch watching tv, got into bed, and was suddenly wide awake and could not get back to sleep till like 2am. Ended up reading in bed for a few hours, then finally got to sleep and of course DD crawled into bed with me with a leaky pullup, demanding a cup of milk. And thus I am currently being propped up by my latte...

I can’t wait to wear regular clothes again. I just went on a little online shopping spree (oops) for things that are forgiving in the midsection but feel cute and more “me” than the maternity stuff I’ve been wearing.

I'm so sick of people commenting on my body. Like every motherfucker has an opinion about how I'm too big or too small. It's been going on the whole pregnancy and I'm going to rip the next person who says something a new one.

Why would anyone make maternity jeans that don’t have real pockets? Whyyyy?

Preeeeaaaaach. “You’re so much bigger than you were with DD!” “Are you sure there aren’t two in there?” *HULK SMASH*

Coworker (who has no filter, cannot take a hint, and is kind of obnoxious) commented yesterday how I've popped and asked if I was sure it wasn't twins. My response was a pretty nasty glare. She's also the one who was pestering me for months while we were TTC asking me when I was going to have another baby. WTF is wrong with people?????

Why would anyone make maternity jeans that don’t have real pockets? Whyyyy? THE WORST. I have a Motherhood pair that I like that at least has back pockets, but the fake pockets drive me nuts! Like pregnant people don't need to stick stuff in their pockets ever???

It was so annoying. I remember straight up telling one that she was being extremely rude and I was done entertaining her rude behavior. And then I ignored her. Unprofessional, yes, but I was 9 months pregnant at that point and done with bullshit.

SayitaintSnow it’s such BS. I hate feeling stared at when pregnant. As if pregnancy makes it acceptable to stare at, analyze, and comment on a woman’s body. I actively try to give off RBF vibes to keep people from commenting on or touching my belly.

People are assholes. I had someone ask me how far along I was, I told him, and his response was fucking gross. Basically like wow you're huge you still have so long to go.
I didn't mince words and told him to fuck off and learn how to speak to pregnant women, and, if we weren't at work, I would have punched him in the throat.

Add me to the “this is really happening?” list. I’m almost 33 weeks and little things like washing B’s old clothes, painting the nursery, etc makes me all emotional. Each time I can’t believe it’s happening.

I’m sorry It seems like a lot of us failed the 1 hour. I hope you pass the 3! I hope it passes by quickly and that the needle pricks aren’t too bad.

We got the results back from DS2’s MRI and his brain and pituitary gland look normal! The endocrinologist wants us to see a genetic counselor next to rule out a few genetic disorders which is frustrating because I just want to get him started on the GH shots like now. We have no family history of short stature at all so I imagine the genetic person will clear us. Hopefully we can get an appointment soon.
Pregnancy related: DS1 felt the baby for the first time yesterday. Every time he thinks there may be a chance to feel him he runs over as fast as he can. It warms my heart. He loves babies and he is usually an awesome big brother to DS2. They will be getting bunk beds and moving in together soon and DS1 is totally fine with cleaning his room out and moving a lot of his stuff to the attic.

Try not to stress to much. I failed my one hour last pregnancy and was fine with the 3hr. Hope you have the same results. I just took my one hour Thursday and am hoping I don’t fail if again!

I am kind of freaking out right now. Baby girl has not been as active late yesterday afternoon till this morning. I have felt some kicks but they are light and not as frequent. I am only 25 weeks so maybe this is okay? I don't know I am just so paranoid after my experience with DS and I can't get out of my head. I may call this morning when the office opens..

jense927 my OB doesn’t have us do any kick counting until 28 weeks. But WTBS, it never hurts to call. You can tell them what’s going on and at least ask what they would want you to consider a red flag vs what is okay right now. I always feel better after speaking with the nurse if I’m unsure about whether to be concerned or not.

I may call this morning when the office opens.. 10 movements in an hour is considered normal if you do kick counts, which isn't a ton if you think about it, although I don't think baby was super active for me until a few weeks after 25. Have you tried drinking something cold and sweet and lying down? That usually gets some activity going. But if she's noticeably less active than usual, it won't hurt to talk to your Dr just to get a little peace of mind.

Met with my doula yesterday and she had me do a bunch of positions and exercises and now my hips are super sore! Not sure which one it was that caused it, going to take it easy tonight and not stretch myself too far. Going tonight for my 3D ultrasound, hoping baby boy is cooperative and we can see his lil face He's currently trying to burrow into my bladder....

Sick day with DD. She was fine and then - BAM! - stomach bug out of nowhere at 9pm. Like, she was happily playing Plah-doh and then death swarmed over. Anyway. The night was rough. She was super restless. And then this morning she puked down my arm and all over the kitchen floor. Super grateful for the hoodie I was wearing.
She seems better. Ate a few mini muffins. Sucked on an ice pop. Braved a small bit of milk. I think she’s finally crashing and a nap can happen for both of us soon. So sleepy 😴

This guy is sitting so low. I can feel his face and hands moveing just behind my pelvic bone. It’s quite uncomfortable but if he moves up high then I can’t breathe!

Add me to the very low child. He makes my tailbone hurt, and I swear he hugs my bladder for comfort.
It also looks like I passed my glucose test! Woohoo! Just waiting on the CBC to come through. Curious if I’m anemic again. I’m feeling that I’m not, but we shall see.

+1, I've been getting fun little crotch jolts when I walk around because the little beastie's headbutting me in the cervix. And weird little finger wiggles by my hip. And yet somehow his butt is in my ribs, too. I have a feeling this one got my height...
