Anyone still with me? Today was Day 60! 2/3 done!! I completed day 38 last night. Traveling, illness, and jogging are slowing me down. I'm trying to run 2 to 3 times a week and then usually have 1 rest day. I made it through running 4.7 miles, booty day, running 3.6 miles, then leg day. I would not recommend this combo.

Have I mentioned that I hate cardio core? Its mutual. I dont like any of the cardio that doesn't give me break to sip water. My throat was so dry last night I almost started having a coughing fit.

That's funny that you said that bc I tend to chug a lot of water during and after my workout but I've felt dehydrated in general the past few days

I'm starting to phase 2 today...it really seems to be taking forever only doing 3 days a week.
I'm excited for new excersizes, though. The Phase 1 ones were still a bit challenging so I'm kind of nervous!

IT'S PEAK WEEK!!! I only have 6 more workouts to go!!!
I'm glad I'm almost done bc my knees are not liking all of the weighted plyo from Phase 3. I'm probably going to have to modify some this week so I don't really inure them, but I'm going to finish this thing.

I definitely felt like my abs were flatter. And I got so much stronger!! One thing I will say though is that it's 80 almost-consecutive days of really pushing yourself which is prime condition for repetitive use injuries. So even when you're really pushing through that final set, make sure your form is 100% perfect. I wound up with a couple of injuries that were not fun.

My sister is on her second round so maybe I will try it out. I have been doing T25 and LIIFT4 and feel stronger. so maybe I will be able to do it all after that.
