Phase One is DONE!! I feel like a million bucks. I actually need to go buy heavier weights bc today's leg workout didn't challenge me enough (until that one minute squat hold. EFF OFF AUTUMN).
Also, PSA for anyone doing 80 Day or 21 Day Fix, the Wholly Guacamole minis at Costco are almost exactly one blue container.

Thanks for asking. The surgeon took out more veins than he had expected so I am wrapped thigh to ankle in Ace Wrap for the next 5-6 days. Definitely overdid it today so I am resting atm. No workouts for at least a week. Wah.

Made it through week 2. I bought a mini fitness planner to help with meal planning. I'm hoping this makes it a bit easier.

I took an extra rest day today bc my ribs are killing me and I have an unsettling cough. Back at it tomorrow. I don't feel like I've lost weight but I definitely feel like my abs are flatter.

Cardio core done. Feeling stronger with the slides. Still can't do pike and the cross overs at the end for more than 4. But I'm making progress.
17 days down 63 to go.

I did Total Body Core this morning (day 15, I think?). I cant get the balance for the side plank crunch things. Other than that, I felt strong.

Tighter fit. That being said, I sometimes fall when I switch sides because they dont give much ti.e for positioning.

I restarted today. I haven't worked out since my surgery two weeks ago so I figured I would just start back at day 1. Anyway I almost died but I finished.

I'm still here, too. Did day 19 (legs) yesterday. I am alternating with running, so it will take me twice as long but I certainly feel stronger and slimmer!

Finished phase 1.
I took a rest day on Tuesday because I felt like poop and knew that I'd make myself sick with all the up and down. Thankfully I felt fine once I got some sleep.
Im taking a day to stretch and roll out everything. I'm counting this as excersize.

I fit into my old jeans this morning.
I had a goal to fit into them before F turned 1 or I would donate them. She turns 1 next week. I didn't think I would ever reach that goal when I started this about 2 months ago.
Thank you for the push to try something new.

Cardio Core done last night. Phase 2 is kicking my butt. I modified a lot of the moves or half modified them. I just kept telling myself phase 1 was hard when I started as well.

Still slowly making my way through. I'm on phase 2 week 2. I just keep pushing through the days and jogging when I can manage it.
I'm back in my old work pants and I'm down almost 10lbs. I feel so much better about my tummy. And I have a lot more energy.
It's also helped with my jogging. Last week I did my first mile just under 10 minutes and 3.6 miles at about 10 minutes 15 seconds.
