Hrmm, I'm wondering if F might be overtired. He used to fall asleep around 9-10, but lately it's been more like 11-12, sometimes later. I noticed also that his naps in the day aren't the best. I think maybe the reflux is waking him up? He just cat naps mostly

I try to get R down around 8:30-9:00 and do a dream feed around 11. (She’s sleeping about 7 hrs now so I’m trying to get her wake up time to coincide with our wake up time during the week).

Ugh...sure H, I’d love to get up again and try to get R to go back down after I just fed her and you’ve been downstairs playing PlayStation all night.

What time are your littles falling asleep for the night at? Somewhere between 8 & 9 typically

What time are your littles falling asleep for the night at? Somehow I need to adjust this- often his last feeding is at like 6:30-7:30 which isn’t ideal. He’ll go to sleep anywhere from 8-9:15 or so unless I can keep him up to nurse one more time.

What time are your littles falling asleep for the night at? DS gets fussy and visibly tired around 6:30/7 so I start to nurse him and get him ready for bed then. He falls asleep between 7 and 8. For a while he was sleeping longer stretches but I think that the 4 month regression might have hit because sleep has been crap this week. DS1, in the other hand, was a struggle to get on any kind of schedule and the best we managed was to be asleep around 8:30 or 9 but he would be up again by 10 or 11.

L goes to sleep at 8:30, but I'm hoping to move it up an hour next week in preparation for going back to school. He's usually getting tired around 7:30ish and really likes his bedtime routine (which is such a nice change after V), so hoping it works.

DS has been 730. It’s really not ideal because it’s the same time DD does her bedtime routine. It makes it impossible to do a solo bedtime.

DD2 is all over the place. She is visibly tired around 6:30/7, but is anti sleep. Or she sleeps for about 30 minutes and then is bouncing off the walls. So from anywhere from 7 to 10. Lol. Ideally I want her bedtime to be 7/730 because DD1 gets ready at 8 (asleep by 830)

Between 7p and 10p. My goal is 9p so she wakes up at the right time when I start going back to work.

What time are your littles falling asleep for the night at? 7-730 but she always wakes up 40 minutes later and I have to get her back to sleep so usually by 8:30-9 she is down for her long stretch

I know I’m creating a monster sleep problem by letting E fall asleep nursing and me holding her for 20 Minutes before I put her down but I also just love the snuggles. I’m going to try next weekend since it’s a long weekend to get back to our routine of falling asleep awake. I’ve been nursing her most naps too which she was putting herself to sleep for those.

itsmemeg I let my oldest fall asleep while nursing until we started solids at 6 months. I don’t think it’s too bad until they are a little older.

F is asleep, in his crib! I'm doing a happy dance. I know he'll probably wind up in bed with us at some point, but even if it's just 2 hours that's more than he's done before.

Last night was our worst night we’ve had with E. Went to bed at 7:15, up at 7:45, down again til 8:30, up at 9:30, up again at 10:45. After the 10:45 wakeup she fell asleep on me but if I laid her down she woke right up so I was holding her from 10:45-3:15 when I finally had DH come tag me out. He held her for an hour then laid her down. Omg so tired. I had to work from home today bc I’m so dead.

In case anyone is wondering, I don’t recommend dropping an empty bottle on your baby’s head after you’ve fed it to them at bedtime 😣

The worst is when you can’t fall back to sleep after a MOTN feed

The 4 mo regression has hit us HARD. She used to sleep from 7:30 to 3:30, sometimes even 7:30 to 5. We have been up every 45 minutes to an hour for the past 5 nights. I am dying.

This was my first week of 12 hour shifts so MH had to do the last two nights. Poor guy was drowning. This morning he expressed how happy he was that I was off today. I give him so much credit for holding it down. Not like he had a choice, but he did it and everyone survived.

DD started rolling everywhere yesterday. Last night I put her in a sleep sack instead of a swaddle. She didn't do any worse than she has been. This weekend is the crib. Send me the T & Ps haha

Send me the T & Ps haha Good luck to you! L rolled belly to back 3 times yesterday, so I'll need to bust out the Zippadee-zip soon. I also want to transition him out of the RnP soon, but with going back to work next week and hitting 4 months next weekend, I'm not sure if I should bother.

So when does the nursing supply drop at night? DD is finally having a better night sleep. She usually wakes around 1 & 4 to eat. However tonight she skipped the 1am feeding and my boobs hurt so badly at 4:30 when she woke up

She is doing okay in the sleep sack. She likes to suck on her fingers, so she seems to self-soothe a bit better. The crib from the RNP is going to suck though. I'm glad it's a long weekend.
