That dog is my spirit animal today. Maybe 5 hours of sleep, but still got out 1/2 mile jog in. I can go back to bed now, right?

good morning and happy monday!
My entire body hurts from running this weekend. Going to be a busy week this week.
Also, Saturday is H's bday. Everyone invited out for his bday said they are busy and my babysitter just cancelled. fantastic.

First day of speech intensive and daycare tour for me. I'm pretty glued to the Thailand cave rescue as well. Really hoping for continued good news.

RunsforWineandCarbs hopefully you’ll still be able to celebrate your H bday, maybe with a family outing? Happy bday to your DD BetweenthelinesCestLaVie did you buy another happy planner? I’m on the fence about it bc I hate how the pages come out when i carry it back and forth to work. I’m debating getting a recollections one.

Thanks, ladies. Crazy to think 5 years has flown by as quickly as it did. We spent the day yesterday spoiling her and we'll do presents tonight.

I’m on the fence about it bc I hate how the pages come out when i carry it back and forth to work. I’m debating getting a recollections one. I did! I was really missing the creative outlet. I love my bullet journal but I need something that is creative but quicker as well for day to day. Also my SIL bought one and I was getting major FOMO looking at it haha. I was looking at recollections and I honestly would have gone that way (I prefer the spiral coil and the paper quality is really good) but all of the stickers and print outs I had invested in fit happy planner boxes. I had bought the desire map planner in January when my HP finished out and I do like it, but its an hourly (which I don't like) and it is much more of a journal. I haven't really used any stickers or decoration in it because it doesn't suit it. I have an hourly for work but I don't want to put too many personal things in there and definitely no $ tracking, which is what I used the HP for a lot before. Lol at me just realizing that I have and maintain 4 planners like a crazy person.

45thparallel, I have a happy planner. I love it. I also now have a meal planner journal...i love that as well. Meal planning inserts are a thing! I just finished my 18 month Happy planner with a 6 month extension. I happy I used it a solid 2 years but I hated how the pages came out and having to reattach the cover or back cover every time I took it out of my bag. First world problems? Haha. I need to make the choice to do recollections or Happy Planner again bc I’ve been without a planner since July 1st and I feel so lost and disorganized.

Annoyed. Me. I am.
July 1st I took over as VP of moms club. I plan service projects. I found an organization that’s collecting school supplies. Sounds fun right? Well they have specific needs. Probably so they don’t end up with a billion markers and no notebooks. Of course I had someone passively agressively complain about it being too specific. I signed us up for a total of 6 items with various quantities. Things like wide ruled notebooks, number 2 pencils, folders without prongs, thick and thin markers and scissors. People can sign up for as little it as much as they want or not at all. It’s to help people I’m our community who can not afford school supplies. This organization helps families and I have a member complaining. Don’t f’ing participate then.

What an evening. Went to pick the kids up at daycare and L ran into a picnic table that was in the hallway (around a corner and not usually there).
I swear to god I’ve never seen so much blood in my life, it was crazy. Only 3 stitches though and she’s ok! But Jesus just about had a heart attack. Was completely covering her face arms and legs and I couldn’t even tell where it was coming from. Ickkkk.

CestLaVie , oh god, I'm glad she's OK. Is she super clumsy compared to your DS? DS is SO damn clumsy compared to DD and it's killing me. Ds wiped out on the patio over the weekend and he is looking pretty beat up himself. PDQ poof

It looks so much worse now that it's scabbing too. H has been in charge of cleaning it because I feel so bad when he cries that it hurts to clean it up.

P is on day 5 of underwear. She had one accident on Saturday, but that’s been it. She’s even been dry overnight (although we’ve been doing a pull up for bed.) Fx she keeps it up!

I’m jealous if all you dry overnight folks. S1 is still in a pull up at night. He’s sleeps so hard and his pull up is usually saturated in the morning. We’ve tried to get him to go in the middle of the night with zero luck.

C is on night 2 of dry pull ups. We sent him to school about 2 weeks ago in training pants and only had accidents that first Monday. Since then he's been good to go. He has been so much easier to train than A.
