I just got done facetiming with H and DS. DS has been doing an awesome job peeing on the potty, but hasn't pooped since Saturday. Any experience with this?

My best friend gave her daughter probiotics to get things moving , little chewable tablets, made it so it wasn't like diarrhea but it wasn't super solid either! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

blackmamba We find that fruit makes DS go, particularly grapes, blueberries, or ripe mango. You could also try a prune. I find just giving one does the trick...maybe two if he's really backed up. Oh, and lots of water. I hope you have success soon!

blackmamba ditto what everyone's said about fruits and probiotics. We did lots of book reading in there. Sometimes like 45 minutes just so my DS would relax. A warm bath is good too. We also did the dreaded reward so DS wanted the 2 m&ms for poop instead of just the one for peeps. This is normal. The pooping part is much harder. It's supposedly a scary sensation at first and they need to retrain their muscles a little bit. Some of my friends whose kids would not poop on the potty reverted to diapers just for pooping in a moment of panic and they wish they didn't looking back. I kept this front and center when training DS1.

Lazy Tuesday for us. Since I'm on bedrest, I can't take DS anywhere, so he tends to get a little wound up on days there is no school or activities (like soccer or swimming). Tomorrow is a school day, so that will be good for him.
Other than that, lots of strong baby kicks - esp after snacks and meals.

Pulling this from yesterday's randoms, gamergirl, you are a massage therapist??? Not like you are totally massage yourself but I'm jealous! Are you really tired working now? I love getting massages so you and your muscular knowledge are on a pedestal to me now.

Update: one of the MWs from my group did call me back last night. It was not worth the wait. I was at dinner with clients and saw I'd missed the office call at 8:00! I excused myself and called her right back and I could tell she was rushing. Basically she was like your numbers are rising. I saw nothing of concern. It was noisy and I was caught off guard and I forgot to ask about the 60% thing! I'm so mad at myself. This was my least fav of the four in the group. Anyway, I'm just going to drop it. I feel pregnant, I've gotten a lot of good advice from the group, and my progesterone is really high so there is nothing anyone could do for me anyway.
The good news is I got my U/S moved up from 6/21 to 6/16. This is a Friday which was the day I had my last one and I was so grateful it was the weekend. I should be 7 weeks 4 days which should leave no wiggle room for heartbeat or not. They let me keep me 6/21 U/S too.

Hanging out at home today, working on laundry, babysitting my summer kids, and other boring stuff. It's chilly outdoors today, and really windy so I'm not sure how much outside time we'll get.

Sorry the MW call was less than stellar rebeccabunch. It's good they moved your U/S up. I have an OB appointment at 10:30am. I hope DD cooperates. Last time she dumped her goldfish all over the exam room floor.

I'm so tired... woke up at 3something to pee and then DD woke up at 4:15 and didn't go back to sleep. So it's 6:30 and we've already had breakfast and are watching Dory on the TV and she's got Daniel Tiger going on the Amazon video app on the iPad

After a 90* weekend we are back in the 60's. The weather is drunk. The plus side is that I'm working from home today with all the windows open!

H's ship has just started a week of inspections, so most of his days are going to be long days.
I'm 90% confident that means I'm having ice cream for lunch since he cannot look at me with those questioning eyes.

Morning! They called to confirm my AS for tomorrow and I asked where they were located...it's the same as my doctors office. I felt a little dumb.

Oh! I was doing bedtime last night with DD and we were cuddling on the rocking chair. Out of no where she was kicked super hard in the back by her baby brother. I then made her feel with her hand. She probably had no idea what I was doing but I made a big deal about it! Lol.

Jealous of all you ladies feeling kicks. I know I'm the caboose in the group at 19 weeks but I really thought I would feel something more distinct at this point, but all I have is sporadic bubbles and flutters.

Is it possible you got screwed with placenta placement? At our AS yesterday I was surprised at how much she was moving and how I couldn't feel most of it yet. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk

At work, part of my job responsibilities is to help train new people. This one girl was acting like she knew what she was doing (she doesn't) and was taking extremely long to complete a task. I basically let her sink herself and had to justify why I did what I did to my supervisor today. Luckily they agreed with me but I really feel like I shouldn't have to do this to new people.
I don't want to say it's a millennial thing but it really seems like most of the new staff that's come in the past 2-3 years are really adverse to admitting they don't know something and asking for help. I work in the kind of job that people that have worked here for 30 years don't know everything and ask colleagues for advice all the time. Is anyone else experiencing this in their work place?

We have a busy day conducting training at work. Two sessions this morning and two more after lunch that basically take up my whole day. I'd rather be catching up in my office, but this is making the day go by quickly so whatever.
After yesterday's randoms, I would like some chocolate cake please.

After yesterday's randoms, I made brownies. And speaking of rewards for going potty, I need to get DH to dial back his reward system. Yesterday he was offering DS a brownie if he went poop. I'm like, let's start with a jellybean or two otherwise we're going to have a chubby little pooper on our hands. It's still a moot point though, since despite many potty sitting sessions and all the promises of rewards he still hasn't gone poop or pee yet.

Lol When I started training DD about a month ago , I would give her an m&m every time she went on the potty, one day she went Pee like 15 times, I think she was holding it and waiting a few minutes to get the maximum amount of M&Ms !! Not to humble brag, but as much as I complained about not feeling movement mine has really increased since about 19 weeks.
My doc said yesterday that I have a posterior/fundal placenta - which of course I had to Google. Seems to be a pretty optimal spot for it. Good job placenta.

I think when "they" say STM's feel movement earlier, it's a real mindfuck. I've been sitting here for weeks waiting to feel kicks. I didnt start feeling movement until 25 weeks with my daughter, I'm just now noticing some at 21weeks
