Also in the Hungry All the Time camp. I ate a full breakfast this morning and my stomach was growling an hour later.

So many pregnancy announcements on Facebook this weekend. Seems like everyone I know is due between October and December this year.

A neighbour congratulated me on the pregnancy, and then asked if we were "trying for the boy this time". Nope, just wanted a sibling for DD, and it turns out this one has girl parts too.

thatgirlrachel, I cannot eat anything sweet even though I crave it constantly. It tastes great in my mouth but the after taste is dirty socks. It sucks.

Yesterday we went swimming all day at the ILs and I am so burnt. OUCH!!

I have this float that has a hole it in made for pregnant bellies. I floated on my stomach in it for a bit yesterday and ended up with a terrible back ache and side stitch. The 1.5 hour drive home was SUPER uncomfortable and slightly unnerving. When I got home I laid on the couch and it seemed to be better. I feel like this calls for a massage appointment though.

Also in the Hungry All the Time Club (where's the handraise emoji?) and eating everything. Yesterday we went to an engagement party from 4-6 and in addition to regular appetizers, they were serving little ice cream cups of this fancy local ice cream, complete with wooden spoon. I was definitely the first person to break the seal and take one. Then I had second dessert once we got home. I don't even normally like dessert that much!

So far, H has only called me on it once.

Ouch! And I feel ya: yesterday my lower back and hips were aching and my first thought was "this is it, I can now book a prenatal massage and feel like I deserve it."

Last pregnancy I ate SO MUCH ice cream.  My grocery store ran a deal on my favorite kind and I went and bought 5 cartons.  FIVE.  And I thought it was NBD, just went home and put them in our garage freezer.  I mean, it was a good deal.....

My husband laughed and laughed.

I weigh right now how much I weighed when I was 33 weeks pregnant with DS1. Though that is more because I got pregnant at a higher weight than I was when I was pregnant with DS. But still, I did gain 5 lbs between my 16w and 20w appointments...

Just got back home from my OB appt. a while ago and DS is still napping! I am having a cup of tea and a slice of DS' bday cake! and looking into a maternity support belt.

My level of concern is much less than it was this morning. I hung up the phone thinking that below a double meant things were on the decline but with all of your wisdom and kindness I feel better. Thank you everyone!

DS moved up to the 4 year old class today. When I picked him up it looked like such a real little classroom. Cubby holes, trays for his daily papers, and no naps this year! Somegow giving up a 2 hour afternoon nap did not affect his energy this evening.

I made honey rhubarb chicken from blue apron and I'm hungry again. 😕 Story of my life.

I'm also looking into a support belt. Let me know if you find a good one! I didn't have as many aches and pains with my first, but this time I'm definitely feeling all the soreness. I'm assuming my clingy, almost 2yo has a lot to do with this :/

rebeccabunch, I would call your MW first thing in the am! but I think you're ok with your HCG numbers and you're at 6 wks so can request an US if you don't have one scheduled to hear and measure HB rate and check on fetal pole, yolk sac and all the good stuff.
